🛣️Roadmap

2023 Summary

El Dorado was bootstrapped, founded, and launched its interface all in 2023 in collaboration with Maya Protocol. Currently we support 5 chains (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dash, Thorchain, and KUJI) and are recording 12.4m in monthly swap volume.

2024 Roadmap

Q1 2024 will be focused on being the 1st interface to support new features such as:

  • Chainflip Integration

    • Integrating Chainflip as the secondary backend helps to bring efficient swap routes such as BTC, ETH, FLIP, USDC, DOT upon integration. ARB and SOL integrations are in the pipeline with more chains onboarding in the future

  • Rango DEX Aggregation

    • This integration will connect over 60+ chains, 25+ bridges, and 83 DEXs/Aggregators to provide users with the best swap rates and price execution for both short and long-tail assets

  • Thorchain Aggregation

    • Users can swap to and from Thorchain supported assets and Maya supported assets in 1 swap. Ex: Dash to Litecoin

  • Wallet Integrations

    • Walletconnect v2 which includes Metamask will be the major wallet integration to allow for more wallets to be used with El Dorado’s interface

    • Keepkey

    • Leap Wallet

  • Savers Support

    • We have the UI and functionality ready to support earning single-sided yield via Savers

  • Streaming Swaps Support

    • Once Streaming Swaps is implemented, we will have the UI and functionality to support breaking up larger swaps into many smaller swaps to reduce the slippage on large trades occurring through El Dorado

  • Arbitrum, Cardano, and Kaspa Chain Integrations

    • El Dorado will support all 3 of these chains once they are individually implemented. This will allow for native cross-chain swaps and earning yield (Savers/LP) for the assets on these chains

  • On/Off ramp Integrations

    • Integrate with Kado and Localmoney to help onboard more users onto El Dorado in a seamless manner

Q2 2024 will be mostly focused on the $ELDO Token and Thorchain integration

  • $ELDO Token Token Generation Event (TGE) and Airdrop

    • $ELDO will generate passive income via our various back-end integrations of Maya Protocol in $CACAO, Chainflip in $USDC, and Thorchain in $RUNE by holding the $ELDO tokens. There will be an airdrop to our loyal community members who have believed in us from the start.

Q3 2024 will focus on generating a Venture Arm to help fund more innovative blockchain projects outside of Maya Protocol and Aztec.
